Keep the schedule and the outcome distinct

Configure the prescribed routine, then record the actual outcome of each dose. Temporary fractional amounts, postponement and skipped entries are described separately from rewriting the long-term plan. Next-day review provides a way to resolve unconfirmed entries without assuming that a delivered reminder meant a dose was taken.

Reconcile stock after receiving medication

Inventory follows the record supplied by the user. A shopping list helps prepare a refill, but confirming a purchase and receiving stock are separate actions. Review units and quantities before using a remaining-stock estimate to plan the next purchase.

Evidence beyond the product page

The It Still Works catalogue also describes the app and its one-time Pro purchase. Its checks concern the product website’s availability, not native iPhone notification delivery or medication outcomes. We use current official pages and Apple’s purchase list for the product facts, not that directory’s browser label as evidence of a web edition.

Editorial basis

Official website, privacy policy and US App Store version 1.0.4 were checked November 4, 2026. The current website supplies the three real interface images shown here, with demonstration medication records. No patient data, reminder delivery, stock calculation or export test was performed.

Limitations & considerations

• Free medication/plan/export limits and the full Pro feature boundary remain unknown; check the in-app purchase screen.
• An alert is not a confirmed dose, and a shopping-list purchase is not stock already received. Incorrect entries can distort the inventory record.
• The store lists Apple Watch support, but its independent feature scope was not verified. Mac/Apple Vision compatibility does not establish a dedicated design.
• The store seller is 桂连 张, with copyright Guilian Zhang; the submission was signed GreysonOuyang / Avela Meds developer. Identity attribution follows Apple’s seller record.

Privacy & permissions

The policy says medication details, schedules, stock and history stay on the device by default, without a developer account or developer-operated medication cloud sync.

Notifications are local iOS requests. Photo access is requested when saving a shopping-list image; exports are generated locally and shared through destinations the user chooses. The policy says no advertising or profiling SDKs are integrated; this was not independently audited.
