GlowBack: GLP-1 Tracker

Keep user-entered doses, symptoms, food, water, weight and progress photos together, with free recording limits and optional paid tools.

Our take

Organizing a medication schedule already agreed with a healthcare professional

GlowBack may suit someone who wants one personal record for an existing medication routine and related daily observations. Its value is organization: doses, symptoms and weight can be reviewed together. It is not dosing advice or a treatment assessment. Free injection entries have a quota, while scanning, longer trends and other tools require eligible paid access.

Keep in mind: The official free-features page publishes no universal injection quota or daily reset; check the installed limit.

What you can do

  • Record dose amounts, dates, injection sites and symptom observations
  • Keep manual meals, water, weight and 30-day trends together
  • Use eligible paid scanning, longer trend ranges and medication-level displays
  • Organize progress photos in Body Journey and use supported reminders/widgets

Good for

  • Organizing a medication schedule already agreed with a healthcare professional
  • Reviewing personal observations without keeping multiple disconnected notes

Consider alternatives for

  • Unlimited free injection recording or a guaranteed export option in every installed version
  • Dose changes, diagnosis or a verified explanation of symptoms

Keep an event and its context together

Record the dose date, amount and site, then add symptoms or other observations with their original timing. Weight, food and water records provide context to review later. The official gallery illustrates the daily dashboard, dose/symptom timeline and Body Journey.

The medication-level chart is a publisher estimate derived from logs. It should not be interpreted as a measured concentration or a reason to change medication without professional guidance.

Understand free recording and paid tools

The November 6 free-features page says injection recording has a quota and deliberately gives no universal count. Symptoms, manual food/water records and the 30-day weight view can be started without a paid plan. Scanning, longer weight views, Body Journey, full medication-level charts, widgets and other features require eligible access.

The US purchase list includes $19.99 monthly, $29.99 quarterly and several annual amounts from $35.99 to $59.99. A list of SKUs does not establish the current paywall for every account. The website promises no fixed price or trial period.

The free website tracking PDF/CSV is a blank template. It does not unlock app exports, sync records or import a completed sheet. App export requires a supported version, visible export entry and eligible access.

Scope of this guide

Official site, free-features page and US App Store were checked November 8, 2026. Current iPhone version 2.5.1 requires iOS 15.6 or later. The publisher also lists Android; features, prices and offers can differ. No medication, food recognition, subscription or medical-outcome test was performed.

Limitations & considerations

  • The official free-features page publishes no universal injection quota or daily reset; check the installed limit.
  • The US IAP list contains several annual entries ($35.99, $39.99 and $59.99), plus $19.99 monthly and $29.99 quarterly. Which offer a user can buy and trial eligibility remain unknown.
  • Medication-level graphics are estimates based on entered records, not measured blood levels or dosing guidance.
  • Body Journey differs from basic progress-photo entries; app exports require a supported visible option and eligible access.

Privacy & permissions

The policy allows guest use but describes a service identifier and feature-dependent uploads/synchronization. Local records should not be described as an entirely offline or account-free backend.

Photo recognition uses connected services. The publisher distinguishes account deletion from immediately erasing all server copies or backups; verify the scope with the current controls/support.
