Our take

Compare the plan’s actual catalog and features before subscribing

Profiles, a watchlist and the combination of on-demand and live programming can suit households using this catalog. Premium adds specific access and offline options.

Keep in mind: Rights, live channels and promotional eligibility vary. Even the described ad-free plan has live-TV ads, trailers and sponsorship exceptions.

What you can do

  • Stream the available on-demand catalog.
  • Create up to six household profiles and a Kids Mode profile.
  • Save programs in My List.
  • Use Premium downloads and eligible local CBS or SHOWTIME access.

Good for

  • Households seeking titles and live programming actually included in their region and plan.

Consider alternatives for

  • Anyone expecting the free app download to include a subscription or every event.

Limitations & considerations

  • Captured minimum: iOS 18.0; the captured app is limited to the United States.
  • The developer says downloads expire at the earlier of 30 days after download or 48 hours after playback starts.
  • Live TV has ads and availability restrictions; catalog and sports rights can change.

Privacy & permissions

Profiles, watchlists and streaming involve account and viewing activity. The developer explicitly discloses Nielsen audience-measurement software and links a separate children’s privacy notice.
