Organize Treatment Records for an Appointment
Keep dated entries and prepare a record you can choose to share with a clinician.
The short answer
Choose the storage route first: Steady’s native iPhone record and its web account have different storage and export controls. Then keep the entries relevant to your appointment and inspect the export before sharing. The app organizes an existing record; it does not decide treatment.
Choose the native or web record
The provider describes native iPhone storage on the device and web storage in a signed-in account. Do not assume an existing native history automatically transfers to the web account. Confirm the current subscription requirement before entering a long history.
Inspect what you are sharing
The native app documents a PDF appointment record. Check its date range and contents before sending it, and keep a separate copy if you need one. Optional nurse visits, AI questions or bloodwork requests have their own sharing disclosures; they are separate from simply keeping a record.
Limitations & considerations
- The current website says Steady Plus is required, while the submission called it optional; use the purchase screen and current provider terms.
- The native record and web account have different storage. The website cautions against assuming a native record transfers to the web account.
