JustGains
Turn a saved or shared routine into a structured workout, record the sets and retain the history.
People who want to reuse a routine and keep its completed workout history
Shortlist JustGains when a routine needs to become a usable workout rather than remain a saved idea. Build or clone the plan, adjust its exercises and record the work as you go. The free core tracking and optional squads suit people who want history and sharing together; compare Pro’s specific features with your own workflow before subscribing.
Keep in mind: The complete free/Pro boundary and trial eligibility were not independently itemized; confirm the features you need before purchase.

Good for

Consider alternatives for
- A proven personalized coaching or recovery assessment
- Assuming every social, AI or advanced tool is part of free tracking
Make one routine usable before collecting more
Pick a saved routine, check its exercises and enter the details you actually intend to record. A reusable template saves time only if the sets, repetitions and rest fields are understandable during the session. The website’s Forge builder provides a way to explore building without signing up.
Review what happened, then share deliberately
After logging, use the history to compare the same exercise or routine over time. A trend can inform your next question but does not diagnose recovery or prescribe the next load. Treat squads as an optional sharing choice; partner sessions and other advanced features have separate paid boundaries.
Editorial basis
Official product and brand pages, privacy information and US App Store version 2.2.0 with its listed Pro amounts were reviewed November 3, 2026. Images are developer-published store examples. We did not create an account, import a personal routine, start a workout or test coaching/analytics claims. No payment or positive coverage was promised.
Limitations & considerations
- The complete free/Pro boundary and trial eligibility were not independently itemized; confirm the features you need before purchase.
- Official screenshots include calculated statistics and personalized-plan examples; they do not establish training outcomes or measurement accuracy.
- The iPhone edition requires iOS 16.4 or later. Apple Watch support is listed, but companion requirements and feature parity were not verified.
Privacy & permissions
The policy covers account/profile information, recorded workouts and body metrics, social content, messages, subscription state and usage/diagnostic information. Decide which information you want to share with a community.
Optional cardio activity recording uses precise and background location for a route. That has a different permission need from simply entering sets in a workout log.
