Pole Dance: Move Library
Study pole-dance movements through synchronized camera angles, frame-by-frame animation, mirror playback and spoken or written explanations.
Learners who want repeatable visual references for individual pole-dance movements
Pole Dance is a focused visual reference for examining how a movement unfolds. Its synchronized views and frame controls can make repeated observation more convenient than searching a long video. Try the free selection before paying for the library, and use the material alongside suitable instruction: the app has not been tested here as a technique assessor or a substitute for supervised practice.
Keep in mind: The number and exact list of free lessons, monthly-trial duration and offer eligibility are not established.

What you can do
- Switch between available synchronized camera angles without losing your playback position
- Slow video to 0.25×, play up to 2×, mirror the view and step through movement animations
- Read text or use audio descriptions while studying a movement
- Study bundled lesson media offline after access has been verified, according to the publisher
Good for
- Learners who want repeatable visual references for individual pole-dance movements
- Comparing camera views and breaking a movement into observable stages
Consider alternatives for
- Automatic assessment of your own form or a complete personalized training program
- Assuming archived product images establish the latest purchase interface
Use views to answer one movement question
Choose a movement you already have a reason to study. Follow one pass, then change the camera view at the point that is unclear. Synchronized playback is intended to keep your place while showing a different perspective. Slow the video or step through an animation to inspect a transition; mirror mode changes viewing orientation, not the safety or difficulty of the movement.
The version 3.0 access model
The current US listing, checked November 6, shows free download with a selection of lessons across the main sections. It lists Monthly Membership at $0.99, Annual Membership at $5.99 and Complete Pole Dance Library at $9.99. A free trial is offered to eligible new monthly subscribers, but its duration is not stated in the sources checked. Existing paid-app customers retain the full library according to the update notes.
This differs from the November 2 press kit and the submission’s $2.99 paid-app description. That older model is retained here as a dated discrepancy, not presented as an alternative current purchase. Verify the product and renewal terms on your own regional purchase screen.
Devices, images and offline access
Version 3.0 was released November 4. The current listing supports iPhone and iPad on version 17 or later and Mac on macOS 14 or later; Apple also lists Vision compatibility. No Android release was established. The publisher says lesson media is bundled and remains available offline after access verification. That is narrower than assuming purchases, optional news or analytics never need a connection.
Editorial basis
The current US App Store metadata, publisher product page, dated press kit and privacy policy were checked November 6, 2026. The gallery uses the publisher’s approved App Store Connect archive composites, credited to Appsolute LLC. No app purchase, movement session or entitlement test was performed, and no learning or safety outcome is claimed.
Limitations & considerations
- The number and exact list of free lessons, monthly-trial duration and offer eligibility are not established.
- The November 2 press kit and submission still describe a $2.99 one-time app. Current US version 3.0 instead offers free lessons, subscriptions and a permanent library purchase.
- Official archive composites show the product interface; their capture version is unspecified and they do not establish every version 3.0 screen.
- Playback, entitlement restoration, offline behavior and device layouts were not tested.
Privacy & permissions
Appsolute’s November 4 policy says app accounts are not required and describes local preferences separately from store-purchase verification, optional app-news registration and separately opted-in first-party analytics in supported versions. Offline lesson media does not mean the whole app never contacts a server.
The current Apple disclosure lists purchases, identifiers and usage data not linked to identity. These are developer declarations, not a network audit or a claim that every optional service exists in this particular build.
