The short answer

Use Pole Dance as a visual reference: choose one movement, compare synchronized views and inspect a transition with frame or speed controls. Start with the free selection to judge the material. Observation is only one part of practice, and the app has not been assessed here as a form checker.

Start with one clear question

Choose an existing movement reference and identify the transition you want to understand. Watch a complete pass before slowing a particular moment. Suitable in-person instruction and your own practice conditions remain separate from what a reference video can show.

Compare views at the same point

Switch between the available synchronized camera views. Use slower playback or animation frames to inspect a detail; use mirror mode when a changed viewing orientation is helpful. The guide does not claim every movement has the same camera coverage.

Check the access before paying

Current version 3.0 offers some free lessons plus $0.99 monthly, $5.99 annual or $9.99 permanent full-library access in the US. Older $2.99 paid-app materials are outdated. Exact free lesson counts and monthly-trial duration are unknown.

Limitations & considerations

  • The number and exact list of free lessons, monthly-trial duration and offer eligibility are not established.
  • The November 2 press kit and submission still describe a $2.99 one-time app. Current US version 3.0 instead offers free lessons, subscriptions and a permanent library purchase.
