The short answer

Repolve turns supported workout records into a Strength Profile and trends. Inspect which exercises and muscle groups contribute before treating an overall number as progress. Keep personal records, coverage and estimates separate; a broader evidence base can change the score without proving a gain or loss in strength.

Keep comparable training records

Record the exercise, weight, repetitions and sets consistently. Review imported Strong workouts and exercise matching instead of assuming every historic entry mapped exactly. Repolve’s public version 1.1.0 supports import and profile contributions from that history.

Read the score with its coverage

The publisher describes an overall estimate using available evidence from at least three contributing muscle groups. Missing evidence is unknown, not zero. New coverage can change the average. The scale is not a population percentile or direct muscle-size measure; an official /100 example display differs from the guide’s uncapped-scale explanation.

Treat beta targets as a separate workflow

The website’s adaptive programming is beta and may be absent from your public app. Eligible recent workouts logged in Repolve can inform editable exercise targets; imported history currently does not drive them. Plan-level automatic rewriting from a profile change is not promised. No TestFlight or workout session was performed for this guide.

Limitations & considerations

  • Current public iPhone version is 1.1.0. Personalized/adaptive programming is beta and may not be available in that release.
  • The publisher says imported history helps the Strength Profile but does not currently drive adaptive beta targets. Unsupported exercises or insufficient recent history can leave manual targets unchanged.
