Repolve: Workout Tracker
Log lifting sessions, bring in Strong history and read a muscle-by-muscle Strength Profile alongside personal records, evidence coverage and estimated strength trends.
Lifters who want to interpret consistent workout records rather than only store them
Repolve is worth considering when a workout log feels incomplete without a way to interpret the history. Its Strength Profile combines supported training evidence rather than treating every session as an isolated record. Read the score alongside covered muscle groups and exercise history; the estimate is not a direct measure of muscle size, a population percentile or a replacement for coaching.
Keep in mind: Current public iPhone version is 1.1.0. Personalized/adaptive programming is beta and may not be available in that release.

What you can do
- Record exercises, sets, repetitions and weights, reuse routines and track rest periods or personal records
- Build a Strength Profile from eligible logged sets and inspect muscle-group estimates and trends
- Import supported training history from Strong and continue reviewing it with newer workouts
- Share workouts and PRs with friends; personalized and adaptive programming is separately labeled beta
Good for
- Lifters who want to interpret consistent workout records rather than only store them
- People bringing a Strong history into a profile-based progress view
Consider alternatives for
- A direct muscle-size measurement, age-adjusted ranking or guaranteed training prescription
- Assuming beta adaptive programming is included in the current public release
Read the evidence behind the number
Log a comparable exercise with accurate sets, repetitions and weight, then inspect what evidence contributes to the profile. The current scoring guide describes selecting eligible performance observations, estimating supported weighted lifts and comparing them with bodyweight-relative standards selected by sex. The overall score averages available estimates across seven contributing muscle groups, with at least three required. A muscle group without sufficient evidence is unknown rather than zero.
Coverage matters. Adding a previously unmeasured group can change the overall average even if the earlier groups did not become weaker. A personal record belongs to an exercise; the overall score combines evidence. The guide says the scale is not a population percentile and is not capped at 100, although the official example trend screen shows /100. Do not interpret that denominator as a verified ranking.
Keep import and programming separate
Version 1.1.0, released September 29, adds Strong history import, improved exercise matching and profile contributions from imported workouts. That establishes a published import workflow, not a guarantee that every exercise or record will map perfectly.
The website separately describes personalized/adaptive programming as beta. Where supported and backed by suitable recent workouts logged in Repolve, editable exercise-level targets can change weights or repetitions. Imported history does not currently drive those adaptive targets. This is different from automatically rewriting the whole plan when a Strength Profile changes, which the website does not promise. We did not join TestFlight.
Check access, sharing and devices
The current US store lists a free download without a public IAP or subscription list. The developer also describes the tracker as free. That does not establish future beta or programming prices. The separate browser strength calculator is free without an account; the app’s saved history, account and social service have their own processing.
The public release is designed for iPhone on iOS 15.1 or later. Android is still an early-access waitlist. Apple’s compatibility information for Mac and Vision is not evidence of a verified native desktop layout.
Editorial basis and gallery
Official product pages, the first-party scoring guide, privacy policy and current US App Store were checked November 6, 2026. These are source-based explanations, not independent validation of the scoring model. The gallery contains actual app interfaces supplied by Repolve with fictional example data; the plan image is explicitly a beta example. No workout, score, import or training outcome was tested here.
Limitations & considerations
- Current public iPhone version is 1.1.0. Personalized/adaptive programming is beta and may not be available in that release.
- The publisher says imported history helps the Strength Profile but does not currently drive adaptive beta targets. Unsupported exercises or insufficient recent history can leave manual targets unchanged.
- The scoring guide says the scale is not capped at 100 or a population percentile; an official example screen still displays /100. That interface/documentation difference is retained.
- Android is a waitlist, not a released app. Apple silicon Mac/Vision compatibility metadata does not establish a native desktop experience.
- No current public IAP or paid tier was found; future pricing and complete beta-access boundaries are unknown.
Privacy & permissions
The October 20 policy describes cloud accounts and workout, bodyweight, scoring and social data. It names Supabase for service storage/authentication, Amplitude for analytics, and platform sign-in or infrastructure providers. This is not a local-only workout archive.
Published activity and competition results can be visible on social surfaces. The policy says bodyweight and sex are not public profile fields. In-app account deletion removes connected account/cloud records, but previously processed third-party analytics may require a separate request.
