GYST Baby: Pregnancy Guide

Keep stage-based plans, baby logs and questions for visits together from pregnancy into early childhood.

Our take

Parents who want planning and everyday baby records in one place

Consider GYST Baby when keeping the practical details of family life together matters more than using separate planners and trackers. Start with the free plan and form-based Log, then choose an Unlock extra only if its shortcut or report-sharing option solves a recurring need. Use the record to prepare questions for your care team; the app organizes information and does not diagnose or monitor a parent or child.

Keep in mind: Unlock previews can appear in official screenshots; one-tap logs, saved symptom check-ins, the full name finder and report sharing/printing are paid extras.

What you can do

  • Stage-based plans, appointments and educational material from a due date or child’s birthday
  • A Log for feeding, sleep, diapers and other records, with on-screen trends and CSV export
  • Questions and notes for visits; optional Unlock for shared or printed reports
  • Optional Unlock also adds one-tap logging, saved symptom check-ins and the full name finder

Good for

  • Parents who want planning and everyday baby records in one place
  • Preparing a dated history and a short question list before a visit

Consider alternatives for

  • Medical diagnosis, symptom monitoring or deciding care without a clinician
  • Assuming the quick-log and shared-report screens are all permanently free

Begin with the records you will use

Set the relevant stage, choose a few useful daily records and keep visit questions nearby. The form-based Log is part of the free scope; the quick-entry shortcut has a different purchase boundary. A simple consistent history is easier to review than a collection of partially filled trackers.

Separate viewing from sharing a report

On-screen reports and CSV export remain free according to the publisher. Sharing or printing a visit report is one of the optional Unlock features. Preview that output and its included dates before paying for a shortcut you may only need occasionally.

Editorial basis

Official product information, the press kit, privacy policy and US App Store version 2.0 were reviewed November 3, 2026. Press images use fictional sample data. They can include Unlock previews, as indicated in the captions. No patient record was entered or clinical, synchronization or export test performed. This developer submission involved no payment or promised positive coverage.

Limitations & considerations

  • Unlock previews can appear in official screenshots; one-tap logs, saved symptom check-ins, the full name finder and report sharing/printing are paid extras.
  • Educational content follows commonly published U.S. guidance; confirm care and appointment timing with your own providers.
  • The publisher lists iPhone, iPad, Watch and Mac. Specific companion-device requirements and feature parity were not independently established.

Privacy & permissions

The provider says personal app records stay on your devices and in your own iCloud without a separate GYST account. This is distinct from claiming that records never leave a device.

Optional public wish lists and family invitation features have separate disclosures. Review what an export or public list contains before sharing it.
